The
Peace Research Center (Centro de Investigación para
la Paz, CIP-FUHEM) as part of the FUHEM Foundation,
maintains a center with specialised resources on
conflicts, peace, international affairs, human rights,
gender, development cooperation, peace education,
environment and migrations, with more than 5,000
books and 200 periodical collections. The Documentation
Center provides support to researchers, journalists
and students for scholarly investigation and helps
to raise awareness of these issues in the general
public.
The Center is divided into four sections:
- A press archive, including national and international
newspapers and magazines
- A documents archive
- Academic journals, with more than 150 current
titles and 120 titles in the historical archive
- A library with more than 5,000 volumes
The Center provides free access
and services. All documents can be consulted on
our premises.
